Most of Goodlettsville was built in an era that left its mark on every bathroom, window, and kitchen in the neighborhood. Renuity helps local homeowners update all three, with licensed professionals handling everything from consultation to cleanup.
For Goodlettsville homeowners, Renuity installs bathroom upgrades including tub replacements, walk-in tubs, walk-in showers, and tub-to-shower conversions, as well as replacement windows and kitchen cabinet refacing. Licensed professionals handle each project from the first consultation through final walkthrough, and most bathroom installations are done in a single day.
Goodlettsville grew up along the I-65 corridor between Nashville and Hendersonville, straddling the Davidson and Sumner County lines. Much of the housing stock dates to the 1960s through 1980s, when ranch-style construction was the standard for new suburban development in Middle Tennessee. Those homes were built with materials that have had decades of hot, humid summers to reveal their limits: bathroom tile that was never designed to last indefinitely, windows that let heat in as readily as they let light in, and kitchen cabinets whose doors are often the first thing to make a room feel dated.
Each service Renuity offers is scoped to the climate needs and style preferences of where you live.
Every Renuity bathroom project works within the existing tub or shower space, with no structural changes and no extended disruption to the household. Nonporous acrylic and composite wall panels replace tile and grout with a surface that has no grout lines, no porous material for mold to establish itself in, and no resealing required. Most installations are finished by the end of the day they start.
In Goodlettsville's ranch-era homes, bathroom tile from the 1960s and 1970s is a common starting point for a remodel conversation. After decades of absorbing steam and humidity, grout in those bathrooms typically shows cracking and discoloration that cleaning cannot fix. Once grout cracks, moisture reaches the wall cavity behind it and the damage compounds from there. A nonporous wall system breaks that pattern at the source.
Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers are both available for homeowners who want a more accessible bathing setup. Walk-in tubs include a side-entry door, built-in seat, grab bars, a non-slip floor surface, and optional hydrotherapy features. Walk-in showers come with low or step-free entry thresholds and the same grout-free wall panels, and are a practical endpoint for homeowners looking to convert an existing tub into a more usable space.

Renuity's replacement windows are multi-pane vinyl units with precision-welded frames, insulated chambers, and low-E glass that limits solar heat gain. Vinyl holds its dimensions through temperature swings without warping, rotting, or requiring any maintenance between seasons. Every window is sized to the existing opening, so no structural work is involved.
A significant share of Goodlettsville's homes still have their original aluminum-frame windows or first-generation replacements that have been in place for 30 or more years. Neither performs well against the sustained heat of a Middle Tennessee summer. Aluminum frames conduct heat readily, and the insulation values in older glazing fall well short of what a current insulated vinyl unit delivers. That gap shows up in cooling costs during the months Goodlettsville gets the most heat.

Cabinet refacing keeps your existing cabinet structure and replaces the doors, drawer fronts, hardware, and box veneer. Countertops, appliances, and plumbing stay put throughout the project. Because every surface you see and use every day is being replaced, the kitchen reads as a full renovation. The project wraps up far faster than a full tearout and replacement would.
In Goodlettsville's ranch-era homes, the cabinet boxes were often built to last and have held up. The doors and hardware are a different story. Raised-panel doors from the 1970s and 1980s are structurally sound but set the visual tone for the whole kitchen regardless of what else is in the room. Refacing replaces those surfaces with a current door style and matching hardware without pulling out cabinets that still have years of useful life in them. Painting is limited by what the existing surface can hold. Full replacement removes what does not need to go when your cabinets are in a good state. Meanwhile, refacing puts the investment exactly where it makes a visible difference.
