A KOHLER LuxStone shower is built around wall panels made from crushed stone in high-performance resin. The material is nonporous throughout and contains no grout lines, so there is nothing to re-seal and the surface holds its finish through years of daily use without the maintenance tile requires. Each panel is custom-fabricated to your shower's exact dimensions and set with a hidden joint system. In attached homes and condominiums where bathroom dimensions vary from unit to unit, that precision matters.
LuxStone is a complete system. The base uses the same stone-resin composite and comes in several sizes and entry profiles, including barrier-free configurations. Shower doors and enclosures range from framed to fully frameless and are selected during the in-home consultation alongside wall design and hardware finishes. Built-in recessed shelving, a fold-down seat, and a shower barre are available as integrated components. KOHLER fixtures are selected as part of the same consultation.
Ten wall designs are available across stone-look patterns, solid colors, and textured finishes. Most come in matte or glossy.
Matte finishes keep water spots less visible between cleanings. Glossy finishes add reflectivity and visual depth, which works well in smaller bathrooms and with stone-look patterns. Hardware finish selection, whether chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, or warm bronze, is handled during the design consultation.
The KOHLER walk-in bath replaces the high step-over of a conventional tub with a side door and low-threshold entry. Once seated and the door is closed, the bath fills. Heated seating, hydrotherapy jets, and a slip-resistant floor are standard in every unit.
Virginia has a significant older population, and the walk-in bath's accessible design and therapeutic features are well-suited to households managing mobility limitations alongside everyday comfort needs. It installs in your existing tub footprint without requiring layout or plumbing changes.
A tub-to-KOHLER-shower conversion replaces an unused bathtub with a fully configured LuxStone walk-in shower using the same footprint and drain location. Wall design, base, glass enclosure, and fixtures are all selected during the in-home consultation. No structural changes required.
When the goal is a quality upgrade in the same configuration, Renuity installs new KOHLER bathtub and shower units fabricated to your bathroom's exact dimensions. The existing footprint and plumbing stay in place, and the result carries a limited lifetime warranty. Most bathtub replacements complete in a single day.
